METRO LIGHT RAIL GRAND OPENING

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was the official production company for the historical METRO Light Rail Grand Opening Celebration, December 26 through 28, 2008. Entertainment Solutions coordinated and planned a weekend of events including a media preview event, an appreciation gala for sponsors, a grand opening ceremony and valley-wide station celebrations.

The METRO Light Rail spans nearly 20 miles with a total of 28 stations spread through Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa, AZ . Entertainment Solutions covered all logistics for the
11 station celebrations, including stakeholder and vendor coordination, city department relations, entertainment booking, mapping and signage, permitting, staffing and much more.
