Deversified Developers Realty brought the renowned photo exhibit, "The World At Night" to Christown Spectrum Mall in Phoenix, AZ. DDR called upon Entertainment Solutions, Inc. to assist in the grand opening of the exhibit, including decor design, event layout and staffing.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. has booked all of the live entertainment that will be found along the half marathon course of the ING Philadelphia Distance Run. The Entertainment Solutions team will be on-hand at the race to manage all entertainment logistics before, during and following the event.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was pleased to team up with The Competitor Group to bring this inaugural event to Chicago, IL. The race course, which wound through downtown Chicago, along the waterfront and into Grant Park, attracted runners from across the nation and sold out weeks prior to the race. Entertainment Solutions booked all of the local entertainment along the race course as well as managed the production of the post-race concert featuring acclaimed blues artist, Susan Tedeschi.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. produced a luncheon and awards ceremony for Arizona tourism professionals. The event featured a photo presentation by Arizona Highways Magazine and culminated with an awards presentation by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer. Entertainment Solutions successfully executed this time-sensitive event with ease and made it an enjoyable experience for attendees from across the state.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was hired by the City of Phoenix to produce their annual Independence Day celebration, the Fabulous Phoenix 4th. Residents from across the Phoenix Valley came to enjoy live entertainment and fireworks at a city park. Entertainment Solutions assisted with event and signage design, along with production of the celebration.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. designed the event layout for the opening ceremonies of the annual Volleyball Festival held at the Phoenix Convention Center. Over 5,500 teenage athletes, their coaches and parents enjoyed the opening ceremony festivities which included a grand entrance of athletes, a dance party hosted by a music video-DJ and an interactive magic show. Entertainment Solutions designed the event layout, hired the entertainers and produced the show timeline for this exciting event.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was hired by 98 KUPD, to do production and logistics for their multi-stage music festival featuring national acts such as Chevelle, Drowing Pool, Static X and All That Remains.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. brought the Circle K Tempe Music Festival back for its seventh year in Tempe Beach Park. The event features multiple stages of regional and national entertainment, interactive sponsor displays, extreme sports demonstrations and family activities, all produced by the Entertainment Solutions team. The 2009 Circle K Tempe Music Festival featured acts such as Kid Rock, 3 Doors Down, All American Rejects, The Outlaws, Tom Morello the Nightwatchman, MUTEMATH, Shiny Toy Guns and many, many more. The Red Bull Wake Lab was also brought to the shores of Tempe Town Lake as an added feature to this multi-faceted event.

In conjunction with the Circle K Tempe Music Festival, Entertainment Solutions, Inc. produced multiple concerts at venues such as Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge Marketplace and Alice Cooper'stown. Each live show was a part of the annual SRP Garage Band Competition in which high school and college student musicians compete for a chance to perform on the main stage and Circle K Tempe Music Festival. Entertainment Solutions, Inc. arranged talent, planned the show timeline and worked directly with videographers from Cox Communications documenting the event.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was hired by Blend Marketing to plan and produce a V.I.P. Reception for world-renowned artist, Romero Britto. Entertainment Solutions planned the event production timeline and physical layout, selected event decor and hired live entertainment that included face painters, stilt walkers and live musicians. Families enjoyed direct interaction with Britto at a painting party geared toward art education for kids.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. produced the fifth annual P.F. Chang's Rock 'N' Roll Arizona Marathon and Half Marathon in early 2009. The company was hired by The Competior Group to book over 60 local Arizona bands for both race courses that wound through the sunny streets of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. Entertainment Solutions also procured national entertainers, Smash Mouth to headline the post-race concert in Tempe Beach Park. The post-race concert and awards ceremony was enjoyed by thousands of runners, their friends and family members thanks to the seamless programming provided by Entertainment Solutions.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. provided a turn-key production of all aspects of this event including Entertainment Booking & Production, Complete Event Management & Logistics, Alcohol Management, Security, Sanitation, Clean Up and On-Site Labor & Staffing.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. was the official production company for the historical METRO Light Rail Grand Opening Celebration, December 26 through 28, 2008. Entertainment Solutions coordinated and planned a weekend of events including a media preview event, an appreciation gala for sponsors, a grand opening ceremony and valley-wide station celebrations.

Entertainment Solutions, Inc. helped Anthem, AZ welcome the holidays with its annual tree lighting ceremony at the Outlets at Anthem. The event featured national children's entertainment, appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, family activities and the official lighting of a massive Christmas tree. Entertainment Solutions, Inc. booked all of the entertainment for the three-day celebration as well as designed the event layout and planned the production timeline and logistics.

The annual event included the Homecoming Parade, school and organization booths, a variety of food and retail vendors and charity involvement. Entertainment Solutions organized everything from signage and staging to street closures and security to create an enjoyable and safe event for the ASU community.
